Your Responsibilities- Deliver exceptional customer service to Polish-speaking clients in the healthcare sector through various communication channels.

- Document customer interactions accurately to facilitate continuous service improvement.
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve service excellence.
- Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on services and best practices.
- Fluency in Polish (both written and spoken) is essential.
- Strong passion for customer service, particularly in the healthcare field.
- Experience in customer service is advantageous but not mandatory.
