We are seeking a motivated 
Business Developer
 to join our Athens team with a primary focus on the 
land-based gaming sector​.
This role combines 
sales, client relationship management, and market development
. The right candidate will be 
sales-oriented, ​strong financials ​skills, and a natural people person

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with land-based casino partners and operators, including regular travel to visit casinos across Greece and abroad when needed.
  • Promote and position our cabinets and games, ensuring visibility and performance in line with company goals.
  • Support the online sales team with client relations, reporting, and presentations when required.
  • Monitor market trends, client needs, and competitor activities, and translate them into business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Marketing, HQ) to align client expectations with company solutions.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Greek market.
  • Represent the company at industry events, expos, and client meetings.

Requirements

  • Sales-oriented mindset with strong business development drive.
  • ​Strong financial skills: able to analyze performance data and prepare reports​, sales forecasts etc.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills — able to build trust and long-term partnerships.
  • Self-driven, proactive, and disciplined, with the flexibility to go beyond a fixed job description.
  • Prior experience in sales, business development, or the gambling/entertainment industry preferred
  • University degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or related field preferred.
  • Fluency in Greek and English is required.
