Job Description:

We're looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced B2B environment and is passionate about connecting travel and tourism businesses with innovative digital technology solutions that enhance the visitor experience and unlock new commercial value.

In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and securing new B2B partnerships across the Greek tourism ecosystem with a focus on our B2B mobile application solution called POPGuide. This role offers a unique opportunity to support the growth and development of our Greece digital technology solution business.

You'll actively manage the full sales cycle - from prospecting and pitching to negotiating commercial terms and closing deals - while ensuring each partner is successfully onboarded.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive B2B Sales & Business Development by proactively identifying and securing new commercial opportunities across the Greek tourism and experience / hospitality sectors, leveraging your existing industry network and market knowledge.
  • Develop and manage strategic partnerships with operators in the Greek tourism eco-system, guiding them through the full sales lifecycle from initial outreach to long-term success.
  • Execute the full sales cycle, including prospecting, product demos, value-based pitching, commercial negotiation, contract finalization, onboarding, and ongoing account management.
  • Utilize CRM tool (HubSpot) to maintain accurate pipeline records, track sales activities, and report on performance metrics in a timely and organized manner.
  • Deliver persuasive, professional presentations and product demonstrations in both Greek and English to diverse stakeholder audiences, from operational teams to senior decision-makers.
  • Coordinate closely with cross-functional teams, including product, operations, and support, to ensure successful onboarding, technical integration, and client satisfaction.
  • Operate with autonomy in a fast-moving, result-oriented environment - managing priorities, meeting targets, and maintaining high standards of commercial accountability.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a commercially focused sales and business development role ideally focused on building B2B partnerships.
  • Proven ability to identify, approach, and close new business opportunities within the tourism and experience, hospitality sectors
  • In-depth understanding and knowledge of the Greek tourism ecosystem and its diverse stakeholder and geographical landscape.
  • Develop and retain a partnership portfolio through supporting, training and working closely with our partners to take care of their needs.
  • End-to-end experience in managing sales cycles—from prospecting and pitching new and existing partners to contract negotiation, closing sales, onboarding, and post-sale success.
  • Proficient in HubSpot or similar CRM system for managing pipelines, tracking sales activities, and ensuring accurate reporting.
  • Greek and English are a must with strong written and verbal communication skills. Experienced in delivering impactful product demos and presentations to potential future partners.
  • Work cross-functionally with product and operations teams to ensure smooth partner onboarding and integration.
  • Comfortable operating independently with a high degree of commercial accountability
