We have an exciting opening for a results-oriented Client Success Specialist to join our team in Athens. You'll work with a global leader in creative and marketing software, helping businesses maximize their investment in cutting-edge digital tools.
This role begins on-site in our modern Athens office. Based on your performance and successful integration into the team, a hybrid work model (2 days on-site, 3 days remote) can be offered. For top talent outside of Greece, we're pleased to offer a complete relocation package, including airfare and temporary housing, to help you get established in vibrant Athens.
About the RoleIn this dynamic, sales-focused position, you will be the primary contact for a dedicated portfolio of German-speaking clients. Your mission is to nurture these relationships, act as a trusted advisor, and proactively identify opportunities to expand their use of our cutting-edge digital solutions. This isn't just about managing accounts—it's about driving growth, demonstrating tangible value, and ensuring our clients achieve exceptional success with our tools.
What You'll Be Doing- Relationship Building: Cultivate and strengthen long-term, strategic relationships with a portfolio of key clients in the German market, fostering trust and loyalty.
- Growth Strategy: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities, upselling and cross-selling within your accounts to consistently meet and exceed sales targets.
- Strategic Advising: Partner closely with clients to deeply understand their unique business objectives, pain points, and challenges, providing expert recommendations that align our digital solutions with their strategic goals.
- Deal Progression: Skillfully manage the entire sales cycle, from initial discovery and qualification to compelling presentations, contract negotiation, and successful closing.
- Market Intelligence: Stay continuously informed about industry trends, market shifts, and competitor activities to ensure you provide the most relevant, insightful, and up-to-date guidance to your clients.
- Team Collaboration: Work hand-in-hand with technical support and product specialists to deliver a seamless, integrated, and high-quality experience for every client.
- Reporting: Diligently document all client interactions, sales activities, pipeline updates, and forecasts using our advanced CRM platform.
- Language Skills: You must be a fluent German speaker (C2 equivalent) for all client-facing communication. You also need to have strong professional proficiency in English (B2 level or higher) for internal collaboration and training.
- Sales Acumen: A demonstrated history of success in a sales or account management capacity, with a proven ability to consistently hit and exceed targets.
