Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy:  Provide tailored advice to improve client sales performance
  • Client Relationships:  Build trust and maintain clear communication to understand and meet client needs
  • Sales Planning:  Develop and implement strategies aligned with client goals to drive growth
  • Performance Analysis:  Review sales data to identify opportunities and refine approaches
  • Market Insights:  Keep up with industry trends to shape effective initiatives
  • Reporting: Track and present key metrics such as sales targets and customer satisfaction

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in German (C2 level) 
  • Proficiency in English (C1 level)
  • EU Citizenship or Greek residency card
  • Minimum one year of experience in sales, with a focus on inbound/outbound sales and Account Management
  • Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills
  • A passion for client relationships and a desire to learn and grow in the industry
