Role:

We're looking for a dynamic Account & Bid Manager to join our team and help drive strategic client relationships and solution-oriented sales. If you thrive in global environments and enjoy working across teams to deliver impactful offers, this role is for you.

  • Manage relationships with key clients and act as their main contact
  • Understand client needs and create tailored, solution-based offers (e.g. Device as a Service)
  • Lead the full sales cycle – from opportunity identification to contract negotiation
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Bid Management, Delivery, Solution Architects)

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of previous working experience (or equivalent) in sales and/or account management in IT/TelCom area
  • C1+ English & German
  • Strong skills in PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
  • Excellent communication and negotiations skills
  • Strong ownership, resilience and goal-orientation
  • Willingness to travel internationally (typically twice a month)
