We are searching for a driven and enthusiastic
German-Speaking Customer Success Account Manager
to become part of our rapidly expanding team in Athens. This position offers an exciting chance to work within a leading software company, where your primary responsibility will be managing and developing strong relationships with our German-speaking clients. The role follows a hybrid working model—two days in our Athens office and three days working remotely—offering flexibility and collaboration opportunities.

In this role, you'll focus on ensuring clients maximize the value they gain from our software solutions, enhancing satisfaction levels, identifying upselling opportunities, and supporting business growth. If you have at least one year of B2B sales experience, including cold calling and upselling, combined with a passion for customer success in a technology-driven environment, this opportunity is perfect for you

Main Responsibilities:

  • Client Engagement & Relationship Building:

  • Serve as the primary contact for German-speaking business clients, guiding them through product onboarding, adoption, and ongoing success.

  • Foster long-term, trust-based relationships with key client stakeholders, offering consultative advice to help them meet their goals through our software solutions.

  • Customer Retention & Success:

  • Monitor account health and resolve issues proactively to maintain high client satisfaction and ensure strong customer retention rates.

  • Conduct regular business reviews with clients, understanding their needs and highlighting new product features that will help them leverage the platform more effectively.
  • Assess user trends and identify growth or expansion opportunities within client accounts.

  • Sales & Revenue Growth:

  • Identify opportunities to upsell additional products and services that can enhance the customer's business performance.

  • Partner with the sales team to implement targeted campaigns focused on driving upselling success within existing accounts.
  • Engage in cold calling and lead generation efforts to expand the customer base and increase revenue streams.

  • Cold Outreach & Lead Generation:

  • Use cold calling and outbound prospecting techniques to introduce our software solutions to potential clients.

  • Confidently articulate our product's value proposition, overcome objections, and convert leads into lasting customer relationships.

  • Problem Solving & Technical Liaison:

  • Collaborate closely with internal technical teams to assist clients with troubleshooting and resolving any product-related issues.

  • Offer strategic recommendations for optimizing workflows and overall product performance for clients.

  • Reporting & Feedback Loop:

  • Track key metrics such as client account health, satisfaction, retention, and upsell performance, reporting results regularly.

  • Provide valuable feedback from customer interactions to inform product development teams and improve offerings.

Required Qualifications:

  • Language Skills:

  • Native-level fluency in German is essential, with strong proficiency in English for internal communication.

  • Professional Experience:

  • At least one year of experience in B2B sales, customer success, or account management.

  • Proven experience in cold calling, upselling, and managing business relationships in a B2B context.

  • Sales & Negotiation Abilities:

  • Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets, with expertise in upselling and cross-selling.

  • Strong persuasion and negotiation skills, with the ability to tailor your approach to different client needs.

  • Customer-Centric Mindset:

  • A deep commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and understanding client goals.

  • Ability to balance client objectives with company priorities, ensuring mutually beneficial solutions.

  • Tech-Savvy:

  • Passion for the software and technology sector, with the ability to quickly learn and explain complex products.

  • Familiarity with CRM platforms and data analysis tools is highly desirable.
