We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic
German-Speaking Customer Success Account Manager
to join our growing team in Athens. This is an exciting opportunity to work for a leading software company, where you will play a pivotal role in managing and nurturing relationships with our German-speaking clients. The position offers a hybrid working model, allowing for the flexibility of working remotely three days a week and collaborating with your colleagues in our modern Athens office twice a week.

As a Customer Success Account Manager, you will focus on helping our B2B clients derive maximum value from our cutting-edge software solutions, ensuring their satisfaction, driving upselling opportunities, and identifying ways to support their business growth. If you have at least one year of experience in B2B sales, cold calling, and upselling, and are passionate about customer success and technology, we want to hear from you

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management:

  • Be the primary point of contact for German-speaking B2B clients, ensuring smooth onboarding, product adoption, and continued success with our software solutions.

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers, acting as a trusted advisor to help clients meet their business objectives through the use of our products.

  • Customer Success and Retention:

  • Monitor the health of customer accounts and proactively address any issues to ensure high satisfaction and retention rates.

  • Conduct regular business reviews with clients to assess their needs, provide updates on new product features, and recommend strategies to optimize their use of the software.
  • Analyze usage patterns and identify growth opportunities within existing accounts.

  • Sales and Upselling:

  • Utilize your sales expertise to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities, offering additional products or services that can benefit the client's business.

  • Collaborate with the sales team to execute targeted upselling campaigns and close deals with existing customers.
  • Conduct cold calling and lead generation when required to expand the customer base and drive revenue growth.

  • Cold Calling & Prospecting:

  • Use cold calling and other outreach methods to introduce our solutions to potential new clients.

  • Confidently communicate the value proposition of our software, handling objections and converting prospects into long-term customers.

  • Problem Solving & Technical Support:

  • Work closely with internal technical support teams to troubleshoot and resolve any client issues.

  • Provide proactive recommendations to optimize product performance and workflows.

  • Reporting & Feedback:

  • Track and report on account status, customer feedback, and key metrics such as retention rates and upsell success.

  • Collect insights from client interactions and collaborate with product and development teams to drive product improvements.

Skills and Experience Required:

  • Language Proficiency:

  • Native or fluent German speaker is essential, with strong English language skills for internal communication.

  • Experience:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in B2B sales, account management, or customer success.

  • Proven track record in cold calling, upselling, and managing customer relationships in a B2B environment.

  • Sales Expertise:

  • Demonstrated success in achieving sales quotas and revenue growth targets through upselling and cross-selling activities.

  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills with the ability to tailor the sales approach to individual client needs.

  • Customer-Centric Approach:

  • Passionate about delivering excellent customer service, with a deep understanding of client needs and a proactive mindset.

  • Ability to balance the client's goals with company objectives, finding win-win solutions.

  • Tech-Savvy:

  • Strong interest in the software industry, with the ability to quickly learn new products and explain technical concepts in an easy-to-understand manner.

  • Experience with CRM systems, data analysis tools, and other software solutions is highly desirable.

  • Problem Solving & Adaptability:

  • Highly resourceful and solutions-oriented, able to tackle issues with a strategic and analytical approach.
