Role Overview:

Based in Athens with a hybrid work setup, you'll analyze performance, address sales and budget concerns, and provide innovative solutions to help clients achieve their goals, fostering lasting, strong relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy: Offer personalized recommendations to enhance client sales performance
  • Client Relationships: Build trust and maintain effective communication to understand and address client needs
  • Sales Planning: Develop and implement strategies in line with client goals to drive growth
  • Performance Analysis: Analyze sales data to discover opportunities and refine strategies
  • Market Insights: Stay updated on industry trends to create impactful initiatives
  • Reporting: Track and present key metrics, including sales targets and customer satisfaction

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in German (C2 level) 
  • Proficiency in English (C1 level)
  • EU Citizenship or Greek residency card
  • Minimum one year of experience in sales, with a focus on inbound/outbound sales and Account Management
  • Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills
  • A passion for client relationships and a desire to learn and grow in the industry
