As a Customer Support Specialist for our patisserie, you'll be the friendly voice and helpful hand behind every customer interaction. You'll assist guests with inquiries about our pastries, orders, custom cakes, delivery, and events — ensuring every experience is as delightful as our desserts. Your role is key to building relationships and turning first-time buyers into loyal fans.

Customer communication: Respond promptly to inquiries via phone, email, chat, or social media about menu items, ingredients, allergens, pricing, and store hours.

Order support: Help customers place, modify, or track their orders, including custom cakes or catering requests.

Problem resolution: Handle complaints or delivery issues with professionalism and care, ensuring a positive resolution.

Product knowledge: Stay up-to-date on seasonal specials, new pastry launches, and promotions to guide customers accurately.

Customer feedback: Collect reviews and feedback to help improve products and service quality.

Team collaboration: Coordinate with the bakery, delivery team, and management to ensure smooth operations.
