About the Role

We're looking for a
dynamic Talent Acquisition Consultant
who combines the art of recruiting with the drive of a salesperson. In this role, you'll go beyond sourcing talent — you'll build relationships, close deals, and contribute directly to business growth.

You'll work in a fast-paced agency environment where performance, persistence, and persuasion are key. If you love connecting with people, negotiating offers, and hitting ambitious targets, this is the role for you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the
    end-to-end recruitment cycle
    : sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing top candidates.
  • Proactively
    generate new business opportunities
    through client outreach, networking, and referrals.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand client needs and provide strategic talent solutions.
  • Maintain and grow a
    pipeline of qualified candidates
    across multiple industries.
  • Negotiate terms, close placements, and meet or exceed monthly KPIs.
  • Use CRM and ATS tools to track leads, candidates, and performance metrics.

What We're Looking For

  • 1–5 years of experience in
    agency recruitment, sales, or business development
    .
  • Strong communication and
    persuasive negotiation skills
    .
  • Results-driven with a
    competitive, entrepreneurial mindset
    .
  • Comfortable with cold calling, client acquisition, and pipeline management.
  • Ability to build lasting relationships with clients and candidates alike.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, CRM systems, or ATS platforms a plus.
