Talent Acquisition Specialist
to join their high-performing Talent team.

Scope of the role

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you'll own end-to-end recruitment for tech and product roles. You'll partner directly with tech leadership, shape hiring strategies, and close top talent fast.

You'll use your market insight, sourcing creativity, and relationship skills to deliver results that move the business forward. This role is for a closer, not a coordinator, you drive outcomes, not processes.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in tech recruitment, agency or in-house
  • Proven success in headhunting, sourcing & closing across multiple tech functions
  • Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management skills
  • Experience in global hiring environments is a strong plus
  • Excellent command of English (C2 level)Data-driven mindset, solid project management, and high execution pace
