Talent Acquisition Specialist at ION Cocoa & Chocolate Manufacturers S.A.

Are you looking for the next step in your career in one of the most famous chocolate manufacturers in Greece?

In this role, you will be reporting directly to the HR Director, and be responsible for

identifying and attracting qualified candidates, managing the full recruitment

cycle, and ensuring a smooth and positive experience for both candidates and

hiring managers throughout the hiring process.

Since the scope of this role is intended to gradually expand into an HR Generalist

position, the ideal candidate should be able to manage multiple tasks,

including—but not limited to—the development and implementation of HR

policies, the monitoring and preparation of reports and HR Metrics, the

maintenance of accurate and updated records.

Required Qualifications:


• 3-4 years of recruiting experience.


• Master's degree in HR.


• Certificate of Proficiency in English (Cambridge or Michigan).


• Very good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.


• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn sourcing.


• Ability to manage multiple priorities.


• Team-oriented mindset.
