Ρόλος & Ευθύνες

Αναζητούμε Talent Acquisition Specialist, ως βασικό μέλος της ομάδας HR, με αποστολή τον εντοπισμό, προσέλκυση και επιλογή ικανών επαγγελματιών, που θα ενισχύσουν τις ομάδες έργων της εταιρείας στην Ελλάδα και στο εξωτερικό. Ο ρόλος συνδυάζει στρατηγική σκέψη, επικοινωνιακή ικανότητα και πάθος για τους ανθρώπους.

Αρμοδιότητες:

  • Διαχείριση της διαδικασίας προσλήψεων από το sourcing έως το onboarding
  • Συνεργασία με τους Hiring Managers για κατανόηση των αναγκών κάθε θέσης
  • Δημιουργία ελκυστικών αγγελιών και ενεργή παρουσία σε social media & επαγγελματικά δίκτυα
  • Ενίσχυση του employer branding της εταιρείας
  • Ανάπτυξη και συντήρηση talent pipelines για μελλοντικές ανάγκες
  • Συμμετοχή σε HR projects που αφορούν ανάπτυξη προσωπικού και εσωτερική επικοινωνία

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

  • Πτυχίο σε Διοίκηση Ανθρώπινου Δυναμικού, Διοίκηση Επιχειρήσεων ή συναφές αντικείμενο
  • 3-5 χρόνια εμπειρίας σε ρόλο Talent Acquisition ή Recruitment (ιδανικά σε εταιρεία engineering, consulting ή τεχνικού τομέα)
  • Άριστη γνώση Ελληνικών & Αγγλικών
  • Εξαιρετικές επικοινωνιακές δεξιότητες και επαγγελματική παρουσία
  • Εμπειρία με Recruiter, job boards & social recruiting
  • Πνεύμα συνεργασίας, προσοχή στη λεπτομέρεια και ικανότητα οργάνωσης
