Περιγραφή Θέσης

Αναζητούμε έναν/μία Talent Acquisition Lead που θα ηγηθεί μιας μικρής ομάδας recruiters, ενώ παράλληλα θα συμμετέχει ενεργά σε hands-on recruiting και headhunting. Ο/Η ιδανικός/ή υποψήφιος/α θα διαθέτει εμπειρία στο end-to-end recruitment cycle, άριστη γνώση sourcing τεχνικών και ικανότητα διαχείρισης σχέσεων με πελάτες στον χώρο του gambling, tech και digital.

Κύριες Αρμοδιότητες

  • Καθοδήγηση και υποστήριξη μικρής ομάδας recruiters, με mentoring και monitoring στόχων.
  • Ενεργό sourcing υποψηφίων μέσα από job boards, social media, networking events και στοχευμένες πλατφόρμες.
  • Διεξαγωγή συνεντεύξεων (τηλεφωνικών και δια ζώσης) και αξιολόγηση υποψηφίων με βάση δεξιότητες, εμπειρία και cultural fit.
  • Ανάπτυξη και διατήρηση σχέσεων εμπιστοσύνης με πελάτες, κατανοώντας τις ανάγκες τους και παρέχοντας tailor-made recruitment λύσεις.
  • Συγγραφή και δημοσίευση αγγελιών εργασίας σε συνεργασία με την ομάδα.
  • Διαχείριση υποψηφίων και διατήρηση ενεργής βάσης ταλέντων για μελλοντικές ανάγκες.
  • Διαπραγμάτευση προσφορών εργασίας και υποστήριξη στη διαδικασία onboarding.
  • Παρακολούθηση τάσεων της αγοράς και παροχή στρατηγικών insights στους πελάτες.
  • Συμμετοχή σε industry events, συνέδρια και meetups με σκοπό την ενίσχυση του δικτύου της εταιρείας.

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

  • Εμπειρία 4+ ετών σε 360° recruitment (end-to-end process), ιδανικά σε gambling/tech/digital.
  • Προηγούμενη εμπειρία σε θέση Senior Recruiter / Team Lead ή mentoring συναδέλφων.
  • Άριστη γνώση sourcing τεχνικών και εργαλείων (LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, networking).
  • Εξαιρετικές επικοινωνιακές και διαπραγματευτικές δεξιότητες.
  • Οργανωτικότητα, ικανότητα διαχείρισης πολλών projects και τήρηση deadlines.
  • Πτυχίο σε HR, Business Administration ή συναφές αντικείμενο.
  • Πολύ καλή γνώση αγγλικών.

Θα εκτιμηθούν επιπλέον:

  • Εμπειρία σε sales/business development.
  • Γνώση iGaming αγοράς και κατανόηση ρόλων/δομών εταιρειών του κλάδου.
