Περιγραφή Θέσης

Αναζητούμε έναν/μία Talent Acquisition Specialist με 1–3 χρόνια εμπειρίας στο recruitment, που θα έχει διάθεση να εξελιχθεί, να μάθει και να αναλάβει αυξανόμενες ευθύνες. Ο/Η κατάλληλος/η υποψήφιος/α θα συμμετέχει ενεργά σε όλα τα στάδια της διαδικασίας πρόσληψης, ενώ θα έχει στενή συνεργασία με την ομάδα για την κάλυψη απαιτητικών θέσεων σε gambling, tech και digital.

Κύριες Αρμοδιότητες

  • Στήριξη της ομάδας στο end-to-end recruitment cycle (από sourcing μέχρι offer stage).
  • Αναζήτηση υποψηφίων μέσω LinkedIn, job boards, networking και direct approaches (headhunting).
  • Διενέργεια αρχικών συνεντεύξεων και αξιολόγηση υποψηφίων με βάση τα κριτήρια της θέσης.
  • Συγγραφή αγγελιών εργασίας και ανάρτηση σε επιλεγμένα κανάλια.
  • Διατήρηση ενημερωμένης βάσης υποψηφίων (ATS).
  • Συνεργασία με senior recruiters και TA Lead για την επίτευξη στόχων.
  • Συμμετοχή σε projects που αφορούν employer branding, candidate experience και recruitment insights.

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

  • 1–3 χρόνια εμπειρίας σε recruitment (agency ή in-house).
  • Καλή γνώση sourcing τεχνικών (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, social media).
  • Πολύ καλές επικοινωνιακές και οργανωτικές δεξιότητες.
  • Σπουδές σε HR, Business Administration ή συναφές αντικείμενο.
  • Καλή γνώση αγγλικών.

  • Όρεξη για δουλειά και εξέλιξη σε ένα απαιτητικό αλλά υποστηρικτικό περιβάλλον.
  • Σοβαρότητα και επαγγελματισμός στη διαχείριση πελατών και υποψηφίων.
  • Διάθεση να μάθει και να αναπτύξει νέες δεξιότητες.
  • Ομαδικό πνεύμα και θετική στάση.
