We are actively seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Talent Acquisition team in Marousi.
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a critical role in shaping our workforce by attracting and hiring the best talent across all levels of our logistics operations. You will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle for both blue-collar and white-collar positions, ensuring we have the right people to support our growth, efficiency, and service excellence.
Responsibilities
Support and collaborate with the Head of Talent Acquisition in executing the company's overall recruitment strategy and initiatives.
Partner with hiring managers to identify and understand workforce needs across both operational roles (drivers, warehouse staff, technicians) and corporate functions (commercial, supply chain, finance, customer service).
- Design and implement effective sourcing strategies through job boards, social media, community partnerships, staffing agencies, and employee referrals.
- Conduct screening, interviews, and shortlisting processes to ensure strong cultural alignment and technical capability.
- Manage high-volume recruitment for frontline roles while leading targeted searches for specialized and professional positions.
- Plan, coordinate, and participate in job fairs, career events, and community outreach initiatives to attract new talent.
- Build and maintain an active talent pipeline for critical and frequently recruited positions.
- Monitor and report on key recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, source efficiency, and turnover trends) to optimize hiring outcomes.
- Support employer branding initiatives that enhance the company's reputation as an employer of choice in the logistics sector.
- Ensure full compliance with labor laws, internal policies, and diversity & inclusion standards throughout all hiring processes.
- In-depth knowledge of sourcing and selection techniques for both blue-collar and white-collar roles.
- Proven experience managing high-volume recruitment campaigns.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence a wide range of candidates and stakeholders.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with a track record of meeting deadlines in fast-paced environments.
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and MS Office; familiarity with recruitment analytics tools is a plus.
- Advanced written and spoken communication skills in both Greek and English.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably within logistics, manufacturing, transportation, or other operationally driven industries.
