We are looking for a motivated Talent Acquisition & Identification Intern to join our Group Talent Acquisition team in Athens, Greece. This role offers hands-on experience in international recruitment, supporting daily operations and learning the full cycle of talent acquisition in a dynamic, global company.

IN THIS EXCITING ROLE YOU WILL:


• Support international recruitment department in day-to-day tasks.


• Conduct CV screening and have initial contact in English with candidates.


• Conduct proactive searches.


• Organize recruitment meetings.


• Manage the candidate database.


• Publish and edit job advertisements.

YOU CAN BE SUCCESFULL IN THIS ROLE IF YOU:


• Have interest in the Recruitment and Direct Search field.


• Have very good command of English (min. level C1).


• Have availability for work 40 hours per week.


• Are preferably graduate or last year student of Management, Psychology, Sociology or similar field.


• Have first experience in recruitment - not a must but beneficial.
