Talent Acquisition & People Development Officer

Η εταιρεία μας αναζητά έναν/μία HR Professional με ισχυρό υπόβαθρο στο Talent Acquisition και στο People Development, που θα συμβάλει ενεργά στη δημιουργία υψηλής απόδοσης και υγιούς κουλτούρας της Εταιρίας. Ο/η ιδανικός/ή υποψήφιος/α θα συνεργάζεται στενά με τους Hiring Managers και θα αναλαμβάνει πρωτοβουλίες που ενισχύουν την ανάπτυξη και διατήρηση των ανθρώπων μας.

Κύριες Αρμοδιότητες

  • Διαχείριση end-to-end διαδικασιών προσλήψεων (sourcing, screening, συνεντεύξεις, αξιολόγηση)
  • Συνεργασία με το Management για τον σχεδιασμό αναγκών στελέχωσης
  • Ανάπτυξη και εφαρμογή στρατηγικών προσέλκυσης ταλέντου
  • Σχεδιασμός και υλοποίηση προγραμμάτων People Development (onboarding, upskilling, career paths, performance frameworks)
  • Συμμετοχή στον σχεδιασμό και την εκτέλεση δράσεων Employee Engagement & Culture
  • Υποστήριξη θεμάτων HR operations (policies, performance cycle, training coordination)
  • Δημιουργία και παρακολούθηση HR reports & dashboards (π.χ. KPIs, recruitment progress κ.λπ)
  • Διοργάνωση και συντονισμός της συμμετοχής της εταιρείας σε career days, εκδηλώσεις και πανεπιστημιακά events
  • Υποστήριξη στη διαχείριση συμβάσεων μηχανικών και λοιπών συνεργατών
  • Συμμετοχή στη διαδικασία performance management (στοχοθέτηση, αξιολογήσεις, feedback).

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

  • Πτυχίο σε Διοίκηση Ανθρώπινου Δυναμικού, Διοίκηση Επιχειρήσεων ή συναφές αντικείμενο
  • 6- 8 χρόνια εμπειρίας σε ρόλο HR με έμφαση σε Talent Acquisition και People Development και κατά προτίμηση στον κατασκευαστικό κλάδο
  • Άριστη χρήση Excel (pivot tables, reporting, data management)
  • Εμπειρία σε συνεντεύξεις, αξιολόγηση υποψηφίων και διαχείριση πλήρους κύκλου στελέχωσης
  • Πολύ καλές οργανωτικές και επικοινωνιακές δεξιότητες
  • Γνώση ERP συστήματος θα θεωρηθεί σημαντικό επιπλέον προσόν.
