We at Nova, are a very young and dynamic team, the 2nd largest telecom provider in Greece, looking for a vibrant and fast thinking "Talent Acquisition Manager" to be part of our successful team in our "Human Resources Department."

About the Role:

As Talent Acquisition Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our organization by driving the recruitment process. Your expertise will ensure that our recruitment strategies are efficient and effective.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with hiring managers to gather comprehensive recruitment briefs
  • Stay updated on the latest market trends and recruitment tools
  • Build a robust talent pipeline by identifying, evaluating, and managing all available sources to attract the most suitable candidates 
  • Lead and develop the Talent Acquisition team to ensure a top-quality full recruitment lifecycle
  • Create the right processes and environment, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience
  • Regularly report on recruitment metrics and analyze the effectiveness of hiring strategies, adjusting as needed to meet organizational objectives
  • Represent the company at key industry events, career fairs and networking forums to attract talent and enhance our employer presence
  • Champion diversity, equity and inclusion across all hiring practices

What We Value:

  • Minimum of 5 years of solid professional experience either at leading recruitment agencies or within reputable, well-structured organizations 
  • Strong academic background and excellent knowledge of Greek and English
