We are currently seeking a talented
Talent Acquisition & Development Manager
on behalf of one of our clients — a
leading international company

As the
Talent Acquisition & Development Manager
, you will play a key role in shaping the workforce of tomorrow by attracting top talent and fostering employee growth and development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring efficient and high-quality hiring across various departments.
  • Develop and implement forward-thinking talent acquisition strategies to attract, engage, and retain top talent.
  • Partner with business leaders to anticipate hiring needs and support workforce planning initiatives.
  • Oversee onboarding processes and ensure an exceptional new hire experience.
  • Design and deliver learning and development programs to support employee performance and career growth.
  • Implement and manage internal mobility and succession planning initiatives.
  • Analyze and report on recruitment and development metrics to senior management.
  • Contribute to employer branding efforts and represent the company at industry events and job fairs.

Candidate Profile:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition and development, with at least 2 years in a managerial capacity.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment tools, L&D strategies, and current HR trends.
  • Proven experience in designing and implementing employee development initiatives.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Fluent in both Greek and English (spoken and written).
  • Proficient in MS Office and familiar with HRIS/ATS systems.
