Position Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding Specialist to join our HR team in Athens. This hybrid role combines strategic recruitment with employer branding initiatives to attract top talent and promote our company culture. You will be responsible for sourcing and securing top talent, with a strong focus on technical positions - including Software Engineering, Product Management, Design, QA and Customer Experience- while also amplifying our employer brand across digital platforms and candidate touchpoints.
As aTalent Acquisition & Employer Branding Specialist you will work closely with HR and hiring managers to understand technical requirements and cultural fit while employing effective sourcing strategies to ensure a diverse candidate pool. Your goal will be to enhance our talent acquisition and employer branding efforts, ensuring we have the best candidates to support our growth in delivering unrivaled solutions for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with hiring managers to develop recruitment plans, understand their unique hiring needs and deliver a streamlined recruitment experience.
- Lead full-cycle recruitment from job posting and sourcing to candidate engagement, negotiation, and closing for internal and external vacancies.
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies using platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and Boolean search to attract top talent.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of technical talent while driving initiatives that promote inclusiveness and diversity.
- Provide an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, ensuring timely communication and feedback.
- Manage candidate communications, feedback, and progress tracking through our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Draft, communicate, and negotiate offers to ensure high acceptance rates.
- Stay updated with industry trends and networking events to identify potential recruiting and employer branding opportunities.
- Advocate for our brand throughout the recruitment journey, ensuring every candidate gains a clear understanding and genuine connection to our mission and values.
- Collaborate with HR and Marketing to create and share employer branding content (e.g., employee stories, culture highlights, recruitment campaigns) across social media and careers platforms.
- Represent Indeavor at career fairs, tech meetups, and virtual events to promote our culture and attract talent.
- Contribute to the development and execution of employer branding strategies that position Indeavor as an employer of choice in the tech space.
Requirements
What You Bring:
- 3-5+ years of experience in full life-cycle technical recruiting, either in-house or an agency.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Strong knowledge of technical roles and the skills required for success in these roles.
- Experienced in sophisticated sourcing methods, such as LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean searches, and adept in using ATS platforms and recruitment tools.
- Seasoned communication skills with the ability to craft compelling messaging and engage candidates effectively.
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken).
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks.
