During your tenure as a
Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist
, you will demonstrate and develop your ability to:
- Support the full recruitment cycle, from identifying potential candidates to evaluating and interviewing them for our job openings;
- Develop and maintain a talent pipeline to ensure a proactive approach to future hiring needs using innovative recruitment techniques and tools;
- Collaborate with hiring managers to build and grow their teams, ensuring all people's decisions are based on data;
- Provide regular reports and analysis on recruitment metrics to guide decision-making;
- Participate actively in job fairs, career events, and other employer branding activities with universities and other organizations to support our recruitment efforts and build our company's brand;
- Brainstorm on reinventing how work is done, provide new ideas and suggestions to the team, and drive initiatives and activities.
- Utilize our applicant tracking system (ATS) to streamline recruitment processes and enhance candidate experience.

The ideal candidate would be a bright and enthusiastic professional who delivers high-quality work, commits to high levels of service, and can build strong relationships. We seek motivated individuals with innovative thinking and a unique perspective to bring to our HR team.
To qualify for the role, you must have:
- At least 4-5 years of relevant work experience as a recruiter or in a similar role;
- A proven track record of successfully recruiting for a variety of roles and levels;
- An academic background related to Human Resources Management, Business, Psychology, or a relevant field;
- Experience with applicant tracking systems and HR databases;
- Solid verbal and written communication skills (English & Greek);
- Ability to work independently and within a team;
- Willingness to invest time in personal knowledge and competency development;
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively;
- Strong interpersonal skills, capable of building trust across all organizational levels;
- Proven ability to coordinate high-volume recruitment while maintaining quality and candidate experience;
- Extensive experience in supporting and executing innovative sourcing strategies.
