About the Role:
We are looking for a strategic and hands-on
Team Lead – Talent Acquisition
to lead our partners recruitment team and drive end-to-end hiring initiatives. You will play a key role in attracting top talent, mentoring recruiters, and collaborating closely with hiring managers to meet business objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and coach a team of recruiters to meet hiring goals.
- Own full-cycle recruitment for leadership and critical roles.
- Partner with senior leadership to forecast hiring needs and workforce planning.
- Optimize sourcing strategies and improve recruitment funnels.
- Ensure excellent candidate experience and employer brand consistency.
- Track and report key metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, pipeline status).
- Manage relationships with external agencies and platforms.
- Drive diversity hiring initiatives and inclusive recruitment practices.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with 2+ years in a leadership or mentoring role.
- Proven track record in sourcing and hiring for various roles across functions.
- Strong knowledge of ATS systems and recruitment analytics.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and coaching skills.
- Strategic mindset combined with hands-on operational execution.
- Experience in fast-paced or scaling environments is a plus.
