Ρόλος & Ευθύνες
Αναζητούμε
Talent Acquisition Specialist
, ως βασικό μέλος της ομάδας HR, με αποστολή τον εντοπισμό, προσέλκυση και επιλογή ικανών επαγγελματιών, που θα ενισχύσουν τις ομάδες έργων της εταιρείας στην Ελλάδα και στο εξωτερικό. Ο ρόλος συνδυάζει στρατηγική σκέψη, επικοινωνιακή ικανότητα και πάθος για τους ανθρώπους.

Αρμοδιότητες:

  • Διαχείριση της διαδικασίας προσλήψεων από το sourcing έως το onboarding
  • Συνεργασία με τους Hiring Managers για κατανόηση των αναγκών κάθε θέσης
  • Δημιουργία ελκυστικών αγγελιών και ενεργή παρουσία σε social media & επαγγελματικά δίκτυα
  • Ενίσχυση του employer branding της εταιρείας
  • Ανάπτυξη και συντήρηση talent pipelines για μελλοντικές ανάγκες
  • Συμμετοχή σε HR projects που αφορούν ανάπτυξη προσωπικού και εσωτερική επικοινωνία

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

  • Πτυχίο σε Διοίκηση Ανθρώπινου Δυναμικού, Διοίκηση Επιχειρήσεων ή συναφές αντικείμενο
  • 3-5 χρόνια εμπειρίας σε ρόλο Talent Acquisition ή Recruitment (ιδανικά σε εταιρεία engineering, consulting ή τεχνικού τομέα)
  • Άριστη γνώση Ελληνικών & Αγγλικών
  • Εξαιρετικές επικοινωνιακές δεξιότητες και επαγγελματική παρουσία
  • Εμπειρία με LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards & social recruiting
  • Πνεύμα συνεργασίας, προσοχή στη λεπτομέρεια και ικανότητα οργάνωσης
