Responsibilities

As a
Sales & Account Manager
, you'll be responsible το lead the account development and penetration strategy for assigned customers or regions.

  • Managing and growing client relationships.
  • Handling the full B2B sales cycle (Lead → Offer → Contract).
  • Creating new business opportunities in the fields of
    SaaS apps
    , custom websites and web applications.
  • Participating in the sales strategy and reporting process.
  • Develop positive relationship with clients.
  • Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to clients in a timely manner.

Qualifications

  • Strong sense of professionalism and integrity
  • Polite and respectful communication style
  • A skilled communicator with a passion for digital innovation
  • Experienced in
    B2B sales
    or
    SaaS
    environments
  • Familiar with
    CRM tools
    ,
    MS Office
    , and
    LinkedIn as a sales channel
  • Fluent in
    English
    (Proficiency level).
  • Degree in Business Administration or Computer Science.
  • Comfortable with key performance metrics (MRR, CAC, churn, etc.)

Bonus skills

  • Sales experience in a
    Digital Agency.
  • Good knowledge of
    web technologies.
  • Understanding of
    AI tools
    and prompt engineering.
  • Familiar with social media.
