Sales Account Manager

Role:

Responsible for the development and management of potential clients and existing customer's portfolio. Will report to Sales and Commercial Management.

Responsibilities:

  • Achieve the company's sales targets, profitability goals and market share growth by effectively selling company's products

  • Follow up day-to-day order taking and delivery cycle per customer

  • Act proactively to resolve any issues and secure customer satisfaction

  • Achieve success managing the company's sales pipeline

  • Build and develop a strong sales pipeline of potential clients, consistently meeting growth targets

  • Prepare product and solution proposals tailored to customer needs

  • Provide market insights and recommendations to enhance competitiveness and value

  • Ensure pricing and credit policies are applied effectively according to company KPIs

  • Implement and secure credit policy

Skills/ Competencies:

  • Customer relationship's management and development

  • Data analysis and "big-picture" perspective

  • Strong analytical mindset and time management skills

  • Negotiation skills and teamwork spirit

Requirements/ qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Sales and Marketing or Technical/Engineering fields

  • 2-5 years work experience in sales, preferably in the industry

  • Understanding customer needs and proposing relevant solutions

  • Prioritizing and managing multiple projects

  • Strong ability to work with Ms Office suite and CRM applications, to manage customer data and interactions

  • Good command of English language (written and oral)

  • Availability for travelling

  • Driving license
