A day in the life of the Account Manager.
As an Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the company's business growth. You'll be at the forefront, fostering strong, long-lasting relationships with clients and strategically positioning innovative cloud solutions and services to help them succeed. You will collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and deliver customized solutions that align with their business objectives.
Your day-to-day
- Own and manage key client relationships within a specific Enterprise Sector, growing and maintaining them to meet quotas for software, solutions, and professional services.
- Serve as the primary contact for buyers, leading the entire sales process with a team of technology advisors, solutions architects, project managers, and executives.
- Understand client requirements to position the company's solutions effectively, identify new business opportunities, and develop tailored proposals and presentations.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activity to find new opportunities for business expansion.
- Track and report on sales performance metrics, including pipeline status and revenue forecasts.
- Manage your own portfolio, take responsibility for your KPIs, and build & manage a robust sales pipeline.
- Ensure customer success during the deployment & delivery phases.
What you will need
- Proven track record of 3+ years in Sales or Account Management roles in the Technology Industry, with specialized experience in delivering Microsoft or related services.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Greek and English.
- Ability to develop creative and effective solutions to meet client needs.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Bonus points for:
Experience with Microsoft Azure cloud services and integrations.
Familiarity with Office 365 and Power Platform.
Relevant Microsoft certifications.
Strong negotiation and deal-closing skills.
Analytical skills for interpreting sales data and trends.
