Senior Account Manager

to join our team.

The Role

As a Senior Account Manager, you will serve as a strategic consultant, managing a diverse portfolio across both the Public and Private sectors. You will be responsible for orchestrating complex IT solutions and fostering long-term partnerships that drive digital transformation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Relationship Management:

Build and maintain C-level relationships, serving as a trusted advisor to key stakeholders.
- Portfolio Growth:

Identify and close new business opportunities while strategically expanding the footprint within existing accounts.
- Solution Orchestration:

Collaborate with Pre-Sales, Project Management, and Technical teams to design sophisticated, high-impact proposals.
- Market Intelligence:

Monitor industry trends to provide strategic insights to leadership, helping shape the company's service roadmap.
- Full Sales Lifecycle Ownership:

Manage the end-to-end process from initial outreach and negotiation to project initiation and after-sales excellence.

Requirements

  • Experience:

5+ years of proven success in Senior Account Management or Business Development within the IT or BPO industry.
- Education:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Expertise:

Deep understanding of market dynamics and a track record of high-level negotiations.
- Skills:

Exceptional persuasion, diplomacy, and organizational foresight.
- Language:

Fluency in English (written and verbal).
