Scope of the Role:

As a Technical Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing high-level technical support to clients, either remotely or on-site. You will also conduct training sessions and participate in cross-functional projects, contributing to the continuous improvement of our products and services.

Required Qualifications:

  • Degree from a Technological Educational Institute (TEI) in Electrical Engineering or Automation
  • Excellent command of the English language (C2 level)
  • Good knowledge of a second foreign language (German or Spanish) is desirable
  • Excellent computer skills (O365)
  • 3–5 years of experience in a similar position
  • Previous experience in the elevator industry is desirable
  • Excellent knowledge of automation systems and their operation
  • Good understanding of problem-solving methodologies
  • Very good knowledge of electrical drawings

Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with clients to provide technical support and troubleshoot issues (remotely or on-site)
  • Conduct technical training sessions for clients to ensure proper use and maintenance of systems
  • Participating in cross-departmental projects to support product development and customer satisfaction
