for a dynamic professional to cover the following position:

Technical Assistant

Job Description


•Deliver technical support to dealers netwotk as a priority, ensuring fast and accurate

assistance; end-user support is provided via phone and email when applicable


•Prepare, organize, and maintain technical documentation, including reports,

manuals, and specifications


•Conduct basic diagnostic tests and assist in product or equipment maintenance and

repair


•Participate in technical project planning and implementation


•Coordinate with other departments to ensure efficient workflow and communication


•Support the technical team during seminars, demonstrations, events, and dealer

network conferences, both in Greece and abroad, including training sessions at the

parent company's facilities worldwide


•Follow up with dealers to ensure timely and effective resolution of technical issues


•Conduct research to support technical projects and improve operational efficiency


•Support the administrative functions of the technical team, including scheduling,

procurement, and inventory


•Assist in maintaining training platforms and technical systems


•Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards


•Stay up to date with industry trends and technologies


•Train or assist in training internal staff on technical systems and tools

Candidate Profile


•Proven experience as a Technical Assistant, Service Technician, or in a similar

technical support role


•Technical education or degree (e.g., Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering,

or related technical field)


•Good understanding of mechanical and electronic systems (small engines, power

tools, or similar machinery)


•Familiarity with IT systems and software relevant to diagnostics, training platforms,

and technical documentation


•Strong problem-solving and analytical skills


•Excellent organizational and communication abilities


•Proficiency in MS Office and basic database or ERP systems


•Fluency in Greek and English (written and spoken)


•Willingness and flexibility to travel, including within Greece, and occasionally parent

company's facilities abroad


•A valid driving license is required
