About the Role

We are looking for a
Portuguese-speaking Technical Support Representative
to join our support team in Athens. In this role, you will provide high-quality assistance to customers, resolving their issues and ensuring an excellent support experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in
    Portuguese
    .
  • Troubleshoot operating systems and applications and services (software, accounts, subscriptions, etc.).
  • Provide step-by-step technical assistance with patience and clarity.
  • Escalate complex cases to higher-level support when necessary.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
  • Deliver excellent service while adhering to performance targets.

Requirements

  • Fluent in Portuguese (C2 level)
    – both written and spoken.
  • Professional level of English (B2 or higher)
  • Previous experience in
    customer support or technical assistance
    is an advantage.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to work on-site in Athens.
  • EU citizenship or valid EU work permit
    (no visa sponsorship available).
