Portuguese Customer Service Officer/remote in Grecce

This role offers a relocation package to support your transition. As a Customer Advisor, you will be representing a renowned global brand, immersing yourself in a diverse and multicultural environment. Your main responsibilities will involve building strong customer relationships and delivering exceptional experiences. Troubleshooting will be a key part of your role, utilizing open-ended questions, support documents, and system training to address inquiries effectively. Additionally, you will provide valuable recommendations for common issues and frequently asked questions.
To be eligible for the Customer Technical Advisor position, you should be fluent in Portuguese (C2 Level or Native) and possess a good command of English (B2 level). The ability to work in rotating shifts is required, and having solid computer skills is a must. Prior experience or any interaction with clients will be advantageous. Strong communication, listening, and empathy skills are essential, along with excellent time management and a cooperative attitude.
