The Opportunity (1 Position Open): You will be responsible for handling customer inquiries regarding product availability, store locations, order processing, and post-sales support, primarily through non-voice channels and occasional phone support. - Customer Inquiry Management: Respond professionally to customer queries via email and chat regarding product information, order status, and retail policies.

- Process Adherence: Ensure strict adherence to all operational and compliance procedures set by the organization.
- Documentation: Maintain precise, detailed records of all interactions and resolutions in the CRM system.

- Language Fluency: Native or near-native proficiency in Portuguese (C2) is essential.
- Experience: Proven experience (6+ months) in a customer service, retail support, or office administration role.
- Work Style: Highly organized, proactive, and effective in a fast-paced, collaborative office environment.
- Work Arrangement: Comfortable working full-time in a high-energy, in-office setting.

- Gestão de Questões do Cliente: Responder profissionalmente às questões dos clientes via e-mail e chat sobre informações de produtos, estado do pedido e políticas de retalho.
- Resolução de Problemas: Resolver de forma rápida e precisa problemas relacionados com pedidos online, devoluções e trocas.
- Colaboração: Trabalhar eficazmente com a equipa no escritório, partilhando conhecimento e gerindo a carga de trabalho durante os períodos de pico.
- Adesão ao Processo: Garantir o cumprimento rigoroso de todos os procedimentos operacionais e de conformidade estabelecidos pela organização.
- Documentação: Manter registos precisos e detalhados de todas as interações e resoluções no sistema CRM.

- Fluência Linguística: Proficiência nativa ou quase nativa em Português (C2) é essencial.
- Experiência: Experiência comprovada (6+ meses) numa função de atendimento ao cliente, suporte a retalho ou administração de escritório.

- Modalidade de Trabalho: Confortável a trabalhar a tempo inteiro num ambiente de escritório de alta energia.
