Mercier Consultancy MD is proud to announce an opportunity for a Portuguese Speaking Customer Service Agent for the leading Swiss bank located in Athens. In this pivotal role, you will be the first point of contact for Portuguese-speaking clients, providing them with top-notch customer service and support related to their banking needs.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with Portuguese-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat, answering inquiries related to banking products and services
  • Provide detailed information on account management, financial products, and assist with transaction-related queries
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback in the CRM system
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure a seamless banking experience for customers
  • Stay updated on banking regulations, new products, and offers to provide informed responses to clients

Requirements

  • Fluency in Portuguese (both written and spoken); proficiency in English is required; knowledge of Greek is a plus
  • Previous experience in customer service, specifically in the banking or financial services sector
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction
  • Ability to manage customer inquiries and complaints effectively and with care
  • Proficient in CRM systems and standard office software
  • Self-motivated and able to work effectively both independently and in a team environment
  • A solid understanding of banking products and services, along with a willingness to learn and adapt
