Are you fluent in Portuguese and passionate about customer service? 

We are seeking experienced Conversion & Retention Agents to join our team in Greece

In this role, you will be responsible for communicating with Portuguese-speaking customers to improve conversion rates and enhance customer retention.

Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct outbound calls to Portuguese-speaking customers to convert leads into sales.
  2. Provide excellent customer service in Portuguese to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  3. Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints effectively.

Requirements:

  1. Fluency in Portuguese (both verbal and written) is essential.
  2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  3. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  4. Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
  5. Flexibility to work in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
