Job Description: Portuguese Speakers for Brazilian and South American Desks

Location: Greece

Are you passionate about connecting with people and fluent in Portuguese and or Spanish? We're on the hunt for talented individuals to join our Brazilian and South American desks in Greece This is a fantastic opportunity to leverage your language skills in a vibrant, multicultural environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with clients across Brazil and South America, providing outstanding support and service.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance customer experiences and solve issues proactively.
  • Maintain accurate records and document customer interactions.
  • Stay updated on regional trends and customer needs to deliver tailored solutions.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in a similar role.
  • Fluent in Portuguese, both written and spoken. Fluency in Spanish is a plus
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
