"Account Manager - D2D FTTH"
to be part of our successful team in our
"D2D Sales Team".

You have a challenging mission for:

Managing and supporting sales teams in the field, ensuring they meet and exceed acquisition targets while maintaining high service quality and compliance standards.

What will you do:

  • Provide on-the-ground support to D2D sales teams, ensuring alignment with company goals and commercial policies.
  • Work closely with agents, supervisors, and partners to optimize performance and increase market penetration.
  • Ensure sales teams are equipped with the necessary knowledge, tools, and motivation to drive high-quality customer acquisitions.
  • Track KPIs and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Implement best practices in sales techniques, customer engagement, and conversion strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, operations, customer service) to enhance customer experience and retention.
  • Develop strong relationships with external sales partners and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues, streamline processes, and enhance sales effectiveness.
  • Provide ongoing training, coaching, and feedback to field sales agents.

It would be great if you have:

  • At least 2 years of experience in D2D B2C sales (Telecommunications or related industry preferred).
  • Proven experience in sales team coordination, on-field support, and direct sales optimization
  • Strong understanding of FTTH products and the ability to communicate their value effectively.
  • Experience working with sales & CRM systems (Knowledge of WIND/Nova systems will be considered a strong plus).
  • Prior experience in FTTH/D2D sales operations or partner management.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze sales trends and take proactive action.
  • Hands-on experience in coaching and training field sales teams.
