Global leader in the trade credit insurance sector: Account Manager
Responsibilities:
- Manage and develop a portfolio of insurance clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
- Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with clients through regular communication and meetings
- Assess client needs and offer tailored insurance solutions aligned with their risk profiles
- Collaborate closely with underwriting and claims teams to provide seamless service and resolve client issues promptly
- Monitor client accounts to identify opportunities for growth and risk mitigation
- Support sales initiatives by providing market insights and client feedback to internal teams
- Prepare regular reports on portfolio performance, risk exposure, and client activities
- Negotiate contract terms and renewals, ensuring compliance with company policies
- Contribute to continuous improvement of account management processes and customer experience
Requirements
- Proven experience in account management or client servicing within the insurance or financial services sector
- Strong knowledge of insurance products, risk assessment, and underwriting principles
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze financial data and understand client business models
- Customer-focused mindset with the ability to build long-term relationships
- Strong decision-making skills and the ability to work independently
- Proficient in English (C1 level or above) - both written and spoken
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts and prioritize tasks effectively
- Commercial awareness and understanding of market dynamics
- Proficiency in CRM and Microsoft Office applications
