Global leader in the trade credit insurance sector: Account Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and develop a portfolio of insurance clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
  • Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with clients through regular communication and meetings
  • Assess client needs and offer tailored insurance solutions aligned with their risk profiles
  • Collaborate closely with underwriting and claims teams to provide seamless service and resolve client issues promptly
  • Monitor client accounts to identify opportunities for growth and risk mitigation
  • Support sales initiatives by providing market insights and client feedback to internal teams
  • Prepare regular reports on portfolio performance, risk exposure, and client activities
  • Negotiate contract terms and renewals, ensuring compliance with company policies
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of account management processes and customer experience

Requirements

  • Proven experience in account management or client servicing within the insurance or financial services sector
  • Strong knowledge of insurance products, risk assessment, and underwriting principles
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze financial data and understand client business models
  • Customer-focused mindset with the ability to build long-term relationships
  • Strong decision-making skills and the ability to work independently
  • Proficient in English (C1 level or above) - both written and spoken
  • Ability to manage multiple client accounts and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Commercial awareness and understanding of market dynamics
  • Proficiency in CRM and Microsoft Office applications
