Η PlegmaNet, αναζητά Retention Agent - Διατήρησης Πελατών για τη διαχείριση ανανεώσεων συμβολαίων ενέργειας σε υφιστάμενο πελατολόγιο της Enerwave.

Κύριες αρμοδιότητες:

  • Διαχείριση υπάρχοντος πελατολογίου εταιρείας ενέργειας μέσω εξερχόμενων κλήσεων
  • Ανανέωση συμβολαίων και διερεύνηση αναγκών των πελατών
  • Παροχή προσαρμοσμένων προτάσεων και ενημέρωση για νέες υπηρεσίες
  • Ενίσχυση σχέσεων εμπιστοσύνης και διατήρηση ικανοποίησης πελατών
Requirements

Απαραίτητα προσόντα:

  • Απόφοιτος/η Λυκείου
  • Επικοινωνιακές δεξιότητες και πελατοκεντρική προσέγγιση
  • Απαραίτητη προϋπηρεσία σε πωλήσεις προϊόντων ενέργειας ή τμήμα Retention, τουλάχιστον 1 με 2 έτη.
