About the Role:

We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented
Portuguese-speaking Customer Service Representative
to join our team in Athens, Greece. You will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and support, ensuring an excellent customer experience in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries in
    Portuguese
    (and English if needed)
  • Provide accurate information and support on products, services, or orders
  • Resolve customer issues effectively and efficiently
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in CRM systems

  • Follow company policies and ensure a positive brand experience

  • Requirements:Fluency in Portuguese (C2)
    and good
    English communication skills (B2 or higher)

  • Previous customer service experience (via chat, email, SMS)
  • Strong written communication and problem-solving skills
  • Basic computer skills and ability to multitask
  • EU citizenship or valid work permit for Greece (No visa sponsorship provided)
  • Willingness to relocate to Athens (Relocation support available)
