About the Role:
We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented
Portuguese-speaking Customer Service Representative
to join our team in Athens, Greece. You will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and support, ensuring an excellent customer experience in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries in
Portuguese
(and English if needed) - Provide accurate information and support on products, services, or orders
- Resolve customer issues effectively and efficiently
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in CRM systems
Follow company policies and ensure a positive brand experience
Requirements:Fluency in Portuguese (C2)
and good
English communication skills (B2 or higher)- Previous customer service experience (via chat, email, SMS)
- Strong written communication and problem-solving skills
- Basic computer skills and ability to multitask
- EU citizenship or valid work permit for Greece (No visa sponsorship provided)
- Willingness to relocate to Athens (Relocation support available)
