Are you a strategic relationship builder with a proven track record in B2B client management? We are seeking one Portuguese-speaking B2B Customer Account Manager to join our remote team, specializing in client success for digital marketing services. This is a key work-from-home role with remote training, focused on client retention, value demonstration, and account growth.

The Opportunity (1 Position Open): You will manage a dedicated portfolio of existing business clients, serving as their primary post-sales contact and strategic advisor for a suite of digital marketing and advertising tools. Your success will be measured by your ability to ensure client satisfaction, drive platform adoption, and proactively identify opportunities for service upsell and contract renewal.

What You Will Do:

  • Client Relationship Management: Cultivate strong, long-term partnerships with business clients, understanding their marketing objectives and business challenges.
  • Strategic Consulting: Proactively review client performance data and utilization metrics to suggest optimization strategies and demonstrate ROI.
  • Escalation Point: Serve as the main point of contact for complex service, billing, or technical escalations, coordinating with internal teams for resolution.
  • Revenue Growth: Secure contract renewals and identify opportunities to introduce new services or higher-tier solutions within the existing client base.
  • Remote Operations: Efficiently manage client communications, documentation, and virtual meetings from a professional home office setting.

What You Need to Succeed:

  • Language Fluency: Native or near-native proficiency in Portuguese (C2) is mandatory.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or B2B Client Services, preferably in the SaaS, AdTech, or digital marketing industry.
  • Strategic Acumen: Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and articulate complex value propositions.
  • Remote Discipline: Proven ability to work autonomously, prioritize client needs, and maintain focus in a remote environment.
  • Technical Familiarity: Understanding of digital advertising platforms, reporting tools, or marketing automation is highly beneficial.

  • Ponto de Escalada: Servir como o principal ponto de contacto para escaladas complexas de serviço, faturação ou problemas técnicos, coordenando com equipas internas para a resolução.
  • Crescimento de Receita: Garantir a renovação de contratos e identificar oportunidades para introduzir novos serviços ou soluções de nível superior na base de clientes existente.
  • Operações Remotas: Gerir eficientemente as comunicações com o cliente, documentação e reuniões virtuais a partir de um ambiente profissional de escritório em casa.

O Que Precisa Para Ter Sucesso:

  • Fluência Linguística: Proficiência nativa ou quase nativa em Português (C2) é obrigatória.
  • Experiência: Mínimo de 2 anos de experiência em Gestão de Contas, Sucesso do Cliente ou Serviços a Clientes B2B, preferencialmente na indústria SaaS, AdTech ou marketing digital.
  • Visão Estratégica: Excelentes capacidades de apresentação e comunicação, com a capacidade de liderar Revisões Trimestrais de Negócios (QBRs) e articular propostas de valor complexas.
  • Disciplina Remota: Capacidade comprovada de trabalhar autonomamente, priorizar as necessidades do cliente e manter o foco num ambiente remoto.
  • Familiaridade Técnica: A compreensão de plataformas de publicidade digital, ferramentas de relatórios ou automação de marketing é altamente benéfica.
