Italian B2B Customer Account Manager

Are you a relationship builder with a strong background in B2B client management and marketing? We are seeking three dedicated Italian-speaking B2B Customer Account Managers to join our remote team, supporting clients in the dynamic digital marketing services sector. This role offers the flexibility of a work-from-home arrangement, including remote training, and focuses on maintaining strong client retention and growth.
The Opportunity (3 Positions Open): You will manage a portfolio of existing business clients, serving as their trusted advisor for a suite of digital marketing tools and services. Your focus will be on ensuring clients are maximizing their investment, proactively identifying areas for service optimization, and driving renewals. This is a vital role that balances excellent customer service with strategic account management.
What You Will Do:
- Account Relationship: Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with B2B clients, serving as the primary post-sales contact point.
- Onboarding & Training: Guide new clients through the successful adoption and utilization of digital marketing platforms and tools.
- Service Optimization: Proactively review client usage data and suggest strategies to improve their campaign performance and return on investment (ROI).
- Issue Resolution: Act as a central escalation point for complex service or billing issues, coordinating with technical support and billing teams to ensure quick resolution.
- Renewal & Upselling: Identify and pursue opportunities for account growth and ensure high client retention rates through demonstrated value.
What You Need to Succeed:
- Language Fluency: Native or near-native proficiency in Italian (C2) and professional working proficiency in English (C1 minimum).
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or B2B Client Services, preferably in the SaaS or digital marketing industry.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to lead client review meetings and articulate complex data simply.
- Remote Discipline: Proven ability to work independently and manage a demanding client portfolio effectively from a professional home office.
- Technical Familiarity: Understanding of digital advertising concepts, reporting tools, or marketing automation platforms is a significant advantage.

Cosa Farai:
- Relazione con l'Account: Coltivare relazioni forti e a lungo termine con i clienti B2B, fungendo da punto di contatto primario post-vendita.
- Onboarding e Formazione: Guidare i nuovi clienti attraverso l'adozione e l'utilizzo di successo delle piattaforme e degli strumenti di marketing digitale.
- Ottimizzazione del Servizio: Esaminare in modo proattivo i dati di utilizzo del cliente e suggerire strategie per migliorare le prestazioni della loro campagna e il ritorno sull'investimento (ROI).
- Risoluzione dei Problemi: Agire come punto di escalation centrale per complessi problemi di servizio o fatturazione, coordinandosi con il supporto tecnico e i team di fatturazione per garantire una rapida risoluzione.
- Rinnovo e Upselling: Identificare e perseguire opportunità di crescita dell'account e garantire alti tassi di fidelizzazione dei clienti attraverso il valore dimostrato.
Cosa Ti Serve Per Avere Successo:
- Fluidità Linguistica: Conoscenza nativa o quasi nativa dell'Italiano (C2) e competenza lavorativa professionale in Inglese (C1 minimo).
- Esperienza: Minimo 2 anni di esperienza in Account Management, Customer Success o Servizi Clienti B2B, preferibilmente nel settore SaaS o marketing digitale.
- Soft Skills: Eccezionali capacità di comunicazione e presentazione, con la capacità di condurre riunioni di revisione del cliente e di articolare dati complessi in modo semplice.
- Disciplina Remota: Comprovata capacità di lavorare in modo indipendente e gestire un impegnativo portafoglio clienti in modo efficace da un ufficio domestico professionale.
- Familiarità Tecnica: La comprensione dei concetti di pubblicità digitale, strumenti di reporting o piattaforme di automazione del marketing è un vantaggio significativo.
