Are you an organized and persuasive professional with a passion for health and technology? We are seeking one Spanish-speaking B2B Account Manager to join our in-office team, supporting high-tech fitness and wellness products. This role focuses on maintaining and growing relationships with our existing business partners and distributors.

The Opportunity (1 Position Open): You will manage a portfolio of B2B accounts, ensuring client satisfaction, driving product adoption, and increasing revenue through strategic upselling and cross-selling. This role is based entirely in the office, fostering strong teamwork and allowing for direct collaboration with sales and operations teams.

What You Will Do:

  • Account Relationship: Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of B2B clients, building long-term partnerships.
  • Sales Growth: Identify opportunities for account expansion and successfully negotiate renewals and upsells of products and services.
  • Product Training: Conduct in-office and virtual training sessions for client staff on new features, best practices, and product configuration.
  • Issue Resolution: Act as a central escalation point for complex service or billing issues, ensuring prompt and satisfactory resolution.
  • Performance Reporting: Track and report key account metrics, preparing and delivering Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).

What You Need to Succeed:

  • Language Fluency: Native or near-native proficiency in Spanish (C2) is essential.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in Account Management, B2B sales, or client relations.
  • Industry Interest: A strong personal interest in fitness, health technology, or wearable devices is highly desirable.
  • Work Arrangement: Comfortable working full-time in a high-energy, collaborative office setting.
  • Communication: Exceptional presentation, negotiation, and written communication skills.

  • Informes de Rendimiento: Rastrear e informar métricas clave de la cuenta, preparando y entregando Revisiones Comerciales Trimestrales (QBRs).
