We are hiring two Portuguese-speaking B2B Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to support the growth strategy of a major global provider of cloud technology and platforms. This is a crucial, fully remote role with remote training, focused on generating high-quality sales pipeline.
The Opportunity (2 Positions Open): You will be responsible for executing targeted, multi-channel prospecting campaigns aimed at mid-to-large sized businesses (B2B) to introduce complex cloud infrastructure and platform solutions. Your mission is to identify, qualify, and secure initial meetings with key decision-makers, directly contributing to the expansion of the sales pipeline. This role offers rapid career progression into a full Account Executive position for top performers.
What You Will Do:
- Strategic Prospecting: Initiate high-volume, outbound contact (phone, email, social) to engage IT and business leaders in target accounts.
- Discovery and Qualification: Conduct in-depth discovery calls to understand the prospect's IT landscape, pain points, and potential use cases for advanced cloud solutions.
- Pipeline Generation: Consistently meet or exceed monthly targets for qualified sales opportunities (SQLs) and booked meetings.
- Value Articulation: Clearly articulate the business value and technical relevance of the platform solutions to potential clients.
- CRM Management: Ensure all activities, prospect insights, and pipeline progress are accurately logged and maintained in the CRM system.
What You Need to Succeed:
- Language Fluency: Native or near-native proficiency in Portuguese (C2) is essential.
- Experience: 1+ years of experience in Sales Development, Business Development, or a related B2B lead generation role.
- Technical Aptitude: A strong foundational understanding of cloud computing, SaaS, or complex IT infrastructure concepts is highly desirable.
- Drive and Resilience: Demonstrated resilience, a "hunter" mentality, and a track record of meeting aggressive performance metrics.
- Work Arrangement: Proven ability to thrive in a self-disciplined, high-energy, remote work environment, including remote training.

O Que Fará:
- Prospeção Estratégica: Iniciar contacto outbound de alto volume (telefone, e-mail, social) para envolver líderes de TI e de negócios nas contas-alvo.
- Descoberta e Qualificação: Realizar chamadas de descoberta aprofundadas para entender o panorama de TI do potencial cliente, os pontos problemáticos e os potenciais casos de uso para soluções cloud avançadas.
- Geração de Pipeline: Cumprir ou exceder consistentemente as metas mensais para oportunidades de vendas qualificadas (SQLs) e reuniões agendadas.
- Articulação de Valor: Articular claramente o valor comercial e a relevância técnica das soluções de plataforma para potenciais clientes.
- Gestão de CRM: Garantir que todas as atividades, insights de prospetos e progresso do pipeline sejam registados e mantidos com precisão no sistema CRM.
O Que Precisa Para Ter Sucesso:
- Fluência Linguística: Proficiência nativa ou quase nativa em Português (C2) é essencial.
- Experiência: 1+ anos de experiência em Desenvolvimento de Vendas, Desenvolvimento de Negócios ou uma função relacionada de geração de leads B2B.
- Aptidão Técnica: Uma sólida compreensão fundamental de computação em cloud, SaaS ou conceitos complexos de infraestrutura de TI é altamente desejável.
- Motivação e Resiliência: Resiliência demonstrada, uma mentalidade de "caçador" e um histórico de cumprimento de métricas de desempenho agressivas.
- Modalidade de Trabalho: Capacidade comprovada de prosperar num ambiente de trabalho remoto autodisciplinado e de alta energia, incluindo formação remota.
