We are hiring one Swedish-speaking Sales Development Representative (SDR) to support the cloud sales pipeline of a major global technology provider. This is a crucial, non-remote role focused on generating high-quality enterprise opportunities.
The Opportunity (1 Position Open): You will be responsible for executing targeted, outbound prospecting campaigns aimed at enterprise and mid-market leaders to introduce cloud platform and application solutions. Your mission is to identify, qualify, and secure initial meetings with key decision-makers, directly contributing to the expansion of the sales pipeline. This role is based entirely in the office, providing a highly collaborative and structured environment for rapid skill development.
What You Will Do:
- Strategic Prospecting: Initiate high-volume, outbound contact (phone, email, social) to engage IT, Finance, and Business leaders in target accounts.
- Discovery and Qualification: Conduct effective discovery calls to understand the prospect's IT infrastructure, strategic business needs, and potential use cases for cloud solutions.
- Pipeline Generation: Consistently meet or exceed monthly targets for qualified sales opportunities (SQLs) and booked first meetings.
- Value Articulation: Clearly articulate the business value, scalability, and technical relevance of the platform solutions to potential clients.
- CRM Management: Ensure all activities, prospect insights, and pipeline progress are accurately logged and maintained in the CRM system.
What You Need to Succeed:
- Language Fluency: Native or near-native proficiency in Swedish (C2) is essential.
- Experience: 1+ years of experience in Sales Development, Business Development, or a related B2B lead generation role.
- Technical Aptitude: A strong foundational understanding of cloud computing, SaaS, or IT infrastructure concepts is highly desirable.
- Drive and Resilience: Demonstrated resilience, a "hunter" mentality, and a track record of meeting aggressive performance metrics.
- Work Arrangement: Proven ability to thrive in a self-disciplined, high-energy, in-office environment.

- Upptäckt och Kvalificering: Genomföra effektiva upptäcktsamtal för att förstå prospektets IT-infrastruktur, strategiska affärsbehov och potentiella användningsområden för molnlösningar.
- Pipelinetillväxt: Konsekvent uppnå eller överträffa månatliga mål för kvalificerade försäljningsmöjligheter (SQLs) och bokade första möten.
- Värdeartikulering: Tydligt artikulera affärsvärdet, skalbarheten och den tekniska relevansen hos plattformslösningarna för potentiella kunder.
- CRM-hantering: Säkerställa att alla aktiviteter, prospektinsikter och pipelinens framsteg loggas och underhålls noggrant i CRM-systemet.
Vad Du Behöver För Att Lyckas:
- Språkflyt: Flytande eller nära modersmålsnivå i svenska (C2) är avgörande.
- Erfarenhet: 1+ års erfarenhet inom Sales Development, Business Development eller en relaterad B2B leadgenereringsroll.
- Teknisk Förmåga: En stark grundläggande förståelse för molnberäkning, SaaS eller IT-infrastrukturkoncept är mycket önskvärd.
- Drivkraft och Uthållighet: Dokumenterad uthållighet, en "jägar"-mentalitet och en meritlista av att uppnå aggressiva prestationsmål.
