Are you an experienced, results-focused Sales Development Representative with native Swedish skills, looking for an advanced in-office role? We are hiring one Swedish-speaking SDR to focus on developing opportunities within the Mid-Market segment for a major global technology provider's cloud division. This is an essential, non-remote role aimed at strategic pipeline growth.

The Opportunity (1 Position Open): This role involves a more strategic approach to outbound prospecting, targeting larger organizations with complex IT ecosystems. You will leverage industry insights and deep discovery techniques to qualify leads, articulate advanced value propositions related to digital transformation, and book high-value meetings for the Account Executive team. This role is strictly in-office to ensure maximum team collaboration and access to expert resources.

What You Will Do:

  • Strategic Outreach: Develop and execute personalized outreach campaigns targeting senior IT and business leadership within Mid-Market companies.
  • In-Depth Qualification: Conduct thorough qualification calls, uncovering strategic initiatives, budget cycles, and competitor usage to determine lead viability.
  • Pipeline Management: Consistently achieve KPIs for lead conversion, meeting quality, and contribution to the overall sales pipeline.
  • Collaboration: Work daily with in-office Sales and Marketing teams to refine messaging, share best practices, and strategize on key accounts.
  • Expertise: Continuously develop expert knowledge of the cloud portfolio and its competitive differentiators in the market.

What You Need to Succeed:

  • Language Fluency: Native or near-native proficiency in Swedish (C2) is essential.
  • Experience: 2+ years of highly successful experience in Sales Development, Account Management, or B2B sales, specifically targeting larger organizations.
  • Technical Knowledge: Strong working knowledge of IaaS, PaaS, cloud migrations, and enterprise IT challenges.
  • Work Style: Exceptionally motivated, professionally articulate, and comfortable operating in a high-pressure, metric-driven sales environment.
  • Work Arrangement: Must be comfortable and effective working full-time in a high-energy, in-office setting.

  • Pipelinehantering: Konsekvent uppnå KPI:er för leadkonvertering, möteskvalitet och bidrag till den övergripande försäljningspipelinen.
  • Samarbete: Arbeta dagligen med Sälj- och Marknadsföringsteam på kontoret för att förfina budskap, dela bästa praxis och lägga strategier för nyckelkunder.
