In-Office Italian B2B Sales Development Rep

Are you driven by targets and passionate about technology? We are seeking one ambitious, Italian-speaking Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our high-energy team. This in-office role focuses on the Small and Medium Business (SMB) segment for a global leader in cloud computing.
The Opportunity (1 Position Open): You will be responsible for creating new business opportunities by strategically identifying and qualifying SMBs interested in migrating to or adopting world-class cloud services. This role is the essential first step in the sales cycle, providing a fast track to becoming a full Account Executive through consistent high performance and a focus on lead generation.
What You Will Do:
- Pipeline Generation: Execute high-volume outbound prospecting via phone, email, and social media to target key decision-makers within the Italian SMB market.
- Discovery: Conduct consultative calls to understand a prospect's current IT infrastructure, business challenges, and cloud needs.
- Qualification: Accurately qualify leads against predefined sales metrics and successfully schedule qualified meetings for senior Account Executives.
- CRM Management: Maintain impeccable records of all outreach activities and prospect intelligence using the CRM platform (e.g., Salesforce).
- Strategy: Collaborate with marketing and sales leadership to refine outreach strategies and optimize conversion rates.
What You Need to Succeed:
- Language Fluency: Native or near-native fluency in Italian (C2) and strong professional English proficiency (C1 minimum).
- Sales Acumen: Demonstrable drive, resilience, and a competitive spirit with a desire for a high-growth career in B2B tech sales.
- Technical Aptitude: A foundational understanding of cloud computing, SaaS, or IT services is highly preferred.
- Work Style: Highly motivated by hitting measurable targets and comfortable working full-time in a dynamic office environment.
- Communication: Exceptional listening and persuasive verbal communication skills.

Cosa Farai:
- Generazione di Pipeline: Eseguire prospecting outbound ad alto volume tramite telefono, e-mail e social media per raggiungere i decisori chiave all'interno del mercato PMI italiano.
- Scoperta: Condurre chiamate consultive per comprendere l'attuale infrastruttura IT, le sfide aziendali e le esigenze cloud di un potenziale cliente.
- Qualificazione: Qualificare accuratamente i lead rispetto alle metriche di vendita predefinite e programmare con successo riunioni qualificate per gli Account Executive senior.
- Gestione CRM: Mantenere registrazioni impeccabili di tutte le attività di outreach e intelligence sui potenziali clienti utilizzando la piattaforma CRM (ad esempio, Salesforce).
- Strategia: Collaborare con il marketing e la leadership delle vendite per affinare le strategie di outreach e ottimizzare i tassi di conversione.
