Job Opportunity: Inside Sales Representative - Outbound with Fluent Italian & English B2

Location: Athens, Greece (onsite)

We're seeking dynamic individuals to join our team as Inside Sales Representatives for an multinational computer software company. This role offers the opportunity to engage in B2B sales, cold calling, and upselling strategies while delivering exceptional customer service.

Requirements:

- Minimum 1 year of B2B sales experience, including cold calling and upselling techniques.

- 6 months of customer service experience, ensuring a strong foundation in client relations.

- Native or C2 proficiency in the Italian language, with B2 and above proficiency in English.

- Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with clients and internal teams.

- Candidates without prior sales experience will be considered if they demonstrate a strong sales argument, possess a sales-oriented attitude, and are eager to learn.

- Ability to work from our office located in central Athens, Greece, with great public transport accessibility.

- Availability to start on either one of the following start dates: May 23; May 30; June 03

Working hours are: Mon-Fri 9am to 7pm (3 shifts to 17.00/ 10.00 to 18.00/11.00 to

Package Details

Relocation assistance (for candidates relocating to Athens):

- 3 weeks Accommodation in a hotel close to the office
- up to 300€ support for the ones moving from abroad
- legal support with hiring documents

On Offer:

- An attractive salary progressively increasing depending on the years of previous experience. Paid 14 times (12 monthly + 1 on Easter + 1 splitted in Summer
and Christmas)

- Performance bonus up to 20% of monthly gross salary

- Private Health & Life Insurance

- 25 days annual leave

Contract:
- Permanent contract
- Working hours: 40h per week = is 8 hours per day / 5 days a week

Other Allowances:
- 50€ meal voucher ticket per month
