The Role:
- Support customers with empathy and accuracy.
- Investigate account issues and content reports.
- Advocate for community safety and product understanding.
- Use data insights to improve user experience.
What You Bring:
- Fluency in Italian and English.
- Strong interpersonal & analytical skills.
- A solutions-driven mindset and love for helping others.
- Familiarity with digital platforms (training provided).
Relocation & Benefits: We offer a great package for those relocating from another EU country:
- 2 Weeks Hotel Accommodation.
- Flight Ticket (within the EU).
- Airport Pickup.
- Real Estate Agency Fee Covered.
- Salary:1050 gross/month x 14 times per year + Performance Bonus (Up to 10%).
- Fully Remote Work-At-Home (WAH). If relocating, WAH location is Athens; if already in Greece, WAH from anywhere in the country.
